Since 2010, Paul has worked in the Oil and Gas recruitment industry assisting some of the largest companies globally. He has placed contractors in over 30 countries and worked with some of the worlds largest service companies. In 2020, Paul formed PAS Capital with the goal of tendering for large global projects and making PAS Capital one of the biggest recruitment companies in Scotland, and a major player in the Oil and Gas sector. Using his vast recruitment knowledge, Paul builds strong relationships with both clients and candidates alike. PAS endeavours to do the same, whilst becoming a company that keeps employees highly satisfied and motivated to help PAS Capital grow exponentially.

Graduating with a degree in Petroleum Engineering, Alec has a keen understanding of the Oil and Gas industry and as such, his knowledge serves as a valuable resource for others to learn from. As our dedicated Operations Manager, Alec has worked relentlessly to enhance our company and has become one of our most esteemed team members. With unwavering commitment, Alec has tirelessly streamlined our operations and maximised our efficiency. His invaluable contributions have greatly contributed to the success and growth of PAS Capital. Alec continues to demonstrate exceptional leadership and an unwavering enthusiasm to drive our company forward. 

While studying Tourism at university Kiran developed a keen understanding of the world and global issues which has helped her in forming relationships with clients in the UK and abroad. Kiran has fostered positive relationships with Oil & Gas and Renewables clients from all corners of the globe. Kiran is well on her way to making a name for herself within the recruitment game and her skills will only continue to grow with PAS Capital

Renowned for his tenacity and astute problem-solving skills, Joseph navigates the Oil & Gas landscape with finesse. Easy-going and personable, Joseph is as comfortable talking to a CEO as he is a friend. With a deep desire to further his knowledge and learn more about the industry, he is rising fast within PAS Capital and has established himself as an indispensable part of our team.
