Sr. Recruitment Consultant

We are now looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Glasgow branch. Reporting to the Business Manager, as a Senior Recruitment Consultant you would be responsible for developing the business by attracting quality candidates and effectively matching them to clients.


Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador for the office and the company
  • Analyse, monitor, and deliver on key metrics and KPIs for the branch
  • Follow market trends and development, translating these into a market plan for your desk
  • Meet with clients face-to-face to identify opportunities and qualify the requirements of roles
  • Discuss the roles and responsibilities of jobs with candidates, ensuring that they understand their assignment


Career Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a recruitment consultant or senior recruitment consultant
  • In-depth knowledge of recruiting processes and methodologies
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates 


Required Skills?

  • Strong negotiation skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities 
  • Good decision-making and problem-solving skills 
  • Knowledge of recruiting processes and methodologies 
  • Knowledge of the industry and current market trends

Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic Glasgow-based team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities, as well as a deep understanding of the processes involved. 

                     

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research, networking and cold-calling.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing clients.


Career Requirements

  • Proven experience as a business development manager or similar role 
  • Business development experience in oil and gas, renewables, or other similar industries
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferential


Required Skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
